C1The choir organ, initially placed on the right gallery of the transept, was built by Cavaillé-Coll et Cie, who installed it on the right gallery of the transept on November 7, 1867, the day of the blessing of the church. In 1892, at the request of the Kapellmeister, Cavaillé-Coll replaced the Voix humaine stop of the Récit with a Cor de nuit 8. Its combination pedals were overhauled by the Merklin-Gutschenritter firm in 1901. In 1983, following the Second Vatican Council, this organ was installed on the left side of the nave by Olivier Glandaz and François Sebire.
