D2 The choir organ, located in the transept, was built by CavailléCollMutin in 1899. It originally had about fifteen stops. The actions were mechanical, except for the pedal, which is pneumatic. It was enlarged and electrified by Gonzalez in 1973. A new console was installed. On the Great Organ, three additional stops were added: a Doublette 2′, a Pleinjeu V and a Trompette 8′. On the Récit, the Gambe 8′ was repitched and renamed Dulciane 8′, and three more stops were added: a QuarteNazard 2′, a Sesquialtera II, and a Cymbale III. The organ was overhauled by Dargassies in 1983.
